Where will you deliver?

Los Angeles is our initial focus. Service areas and charges have not yet been finalized. Send us your ZIP code to enquire.

Does delivery include assembly?

No. Our planned service is two-person delivery, not white-glove service. Assembly, installation, and packaging removal are not included.

Where can I find dimensions and material information?

Confirmed dimensions, materials, care information, and set contents will be listed on each product page when the collection is available.

What is the return policy?

The LOTUS AND WILDE return and cancellation terms will be published before orders open. Please do not rely on legacy PATIOPTION policy pages for this upcoming collection.
